Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that certain factors may influence processing times, such as incomplete payments, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain times of the year. In such cases, we will contact customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is generally 3 to 10 business days.
However, some factors outside of our control can affect delivery times, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday seasons
  • Carrier errors

While we have limited control over these variables, we will do our best to keep you informed using all available information.

Taxes and Fees:
Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country on imported packages are not included when placing an order with us. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on these fees, please contact your country's customs authority.
Important: The timeframe for customs clearance is solely the responsibility of the customs authorities, and we have no control over this process.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation, as orders are promptly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already occurred, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order, and you will need to initiate a product return process.

Address Policy and Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. We kindly ask all customers to carefully review the details entered before finalizing their order, including:

  • Full name of the recipient.
  • Address with house number, apartment/suite (if applicable), and correct postal code.
  • Any additional instructions to facilitate delivery.

Errors in the Shipping Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays.
  • Additional costs associated with reshipping or rerouting the order.

If the error in the address prevents delivery, the customer will have the following options depending on the status of the order:

  1. Order already shipped:
    • If the package is returned to our distribution center, a fee will be charged for reshipping.
  2. Order in transit:
    • It will not be possible to change the delivery address at this stage. Any additional costs for reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Requests to change the shipping address can be made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, changes will no longer be possible.

Important Note

Orders undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund of the shipping cost or the order value.
