Refund Policy

Returns:
Our return policy lasts 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To start a return, please contact us via our customer support email. Once we receive your email, you will receive detailed instructions within 3 business days on how to proceed with your refund request and the address where the product should be sent.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards. If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.

European Union Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds:
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us via email.
